555ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any winnings derived from gameplay during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. 555ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these eligibility requirements.
To access the full range of services offered by 555ph, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered in the Philippines.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 555ph determines that a player holds more than one account, 555ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, 555ph may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
555ph supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 555ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 555ph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally processed within minutes during banking hours. 555ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 555ph processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status and applicable limits.
555ph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
555ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 555ph promotions:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

For sports betting, all wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
555ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 555ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
555ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 555ph customer support. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 555ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
555ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which governs online gaming activities in the Philippines. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
